The Mage has 8 abilities across the tree main skill trees and a further 9 spread across the 3 sub-classes, though 6 of them upgrade the main skills.

Haste | Active | Speed up an ally's attack speed by 50% for 30 seconds. |
* Enchant Weapon can be used on any weapon, including your allies' or your own, which makes it a very effective ability regardless of weapon choice. To Enchant Weapon on an ally's weapon, simply click on their health bar and it will glow white. Its augment in the Spellsword subclass can only be used on your own one-handed sword, requiring the use of a wand in the Mage's offhand.

Arcanist[]
The Arcanist sub-class further extends the DPS and support capabilities of the Mage. In order to unlock it, players must reach level 5 in Arcane Arts and level 1 in Elemental Control.
Unlocking the sub-class immediately grants +3 to INT, VIT and WIS
Each Mastery Point invested grants +1 to INT, VIT and WIS

Elementalist[]
The Elementalist enhances Mage's potency. Unlocking it needs level 5 in Elemental Control and level 1 in Arcane Arts.
Upon unlocking, the player immediately receives +4 to INT, +3 to VIT and +2 to WIS.
Each invested Mastery Point grants an additional +1.5 to INT, +1 to VIT and +0.5 to WIS.

Spellsword[]
The Spellsword is a sword-and-wand-wielding Mage, with abilities making up for their lack of physical attributes. To unlock it a player will need level 5 in Enchanting and level 3 in Arcane Arts.
Unlocking the sub-class grants +3 AGI, +1 INT, +2 STR and +3 VIT
Each Mastery Point spent on the sub-class grants +1 AGI, +0.5 INT +0.5 STR and +1 VIT.
